This letter was written by someone in the world that cares. It was delivered to you at random when you opened this page.

Hello you,

I haven't met you, but I have walked a similar road. I want you to know that you matter. Your life matters. You deserve to stay alive for you. For all the small and big things that life offers that are magical, that are beautiful and filled with happiness and the joy of life.

When I say that, it probably feels a million miles away, impossible. I can relate, I was there too. I have been there and when I was, I couldn't see a way through all the pain within me.

Everyone's way through looks a little different and I hope that you have the support you deserve to get there. You deserve kindness and support, as much on your worst days as your best.

It's one day at a time, and sometimes it's one step forward, two back. The important thing is to keep going. Keep going for you because you deserve the good things in life.

I'll be holding you in my heart, not just now on a day that feels endless and difficult. But on the days which I know will come, where your heart and soul will know the joy of being fully alive and filled with life.

Rooting for you every minute, every day, every step.

Chamali
